Being surrounded by water on almost all sides, Italy is a great place to find amazing seafood and indeed a huge range of seafood dishes. Traditional seafood recipes are integral to this country’s cuisine particularly in regions such as Venice, Sicily, Campania and Liguria.
Our preserved anchovies and anchovy sauce come from the Amalfi Coast, whilst our fishy sauces and fillets are produced in the beautiful fishing town of Marzamemi in Sicily.
