This bitter sweet jam is made from Italy’s most prized onion originating from the stretch of coastline between Capo Vaticano and Vibo Valentia in the southern region of Calabria.  The Tropea Sweet Red Onion is one of the sweetest red onions in the world and combined with white wine vinegar, raisins and elderberries in this velvety spread makes a very special accompaniment to roast and boiled meats, smoked cheeses, Parmesan and Pecorino.

Ingredients

Red Tropea onions, sugar, vinegar, raisins, natural flavours. All natural ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial flavours or colours. Contains 67g onion per 100g,  added sugar 50g per 100g, total sugar 58g per 100g.
