This spread, made from tiny ice fish and chilli is used as a 'secret ingredient' to transform many Italian dishes.
As well known in Calabria (where it is produced) as it's meaty sister 'Nduja', this product can be enjoyed on bruschette, in pasta, on pizza, to flavour foccaccia dough, on roasted vegetables or even to add an extra kick to fish dishes!
