This panettone has been hand made for us in the Veneto Region by artisan bakers 'Fraccaro' using only the best local organic ingredients. Fraccaro's classic organic panettone is enriched with the finest sultanas and candied orange rind and is full of flavour and incredibly light and fluffy.

WHEAT flour, raisins 16%, vegetable margarine (oils: palm, sunflower, coconut, rapeseed, SOY; water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings), sugar,water, sourdough 4% (WHEAT), candied orange peels 4%, inverted sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; pea flour, extract of malted BARLEY and corn, salt, natural citrus flavourings, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain TREE NUTS, MUSTARD, SESAME SEEDS.
