This mix makes it really easy to recreate traditional porcini mushroom risotto at home and also makes a lovely gift.

Each gift pack contains a blend of aromatic herbs and dried Calabrian porcini mushrooms and a handy wooden spoon. Just add some good quality risotto rice such as Arborio or Carnaroli. This mix is great to keep in the cupboard for emergencies!
