Chilli Pepper Fileja Pasta

Bronze die cut, dried at low temperatures and hand made in Calabria using local chilli pepper, this pasta has a mild chilli taste and is goes really well with our spicy 'arrabbiata' pasta sauce.
Fileja is a traditional pasta found throughout Calabria and is shaped by rolling out small pieces of dough around a thin iron rod and stretched outwards.
