This delicious organic salame is made with free range pork meat. It has been lightly seasoned with sea salt, pepper, coriander and garlic. It is then carefully dried and flavoured with fennel giving a gentle, sweet taste and soft texture.
As well as being organic, this salame is gluten free, free from dairy derivatives, with no added preservatives or chemical additives. Included in the AIC guide for gluten-free products.
