This Amaro from 'Borsci', a family owned company founded back in 1840, has an unmistakeable aroma and taste. The recipe of this amaro is based upon a secret blend of oriental spices and all of the ingredients are 100% natural. The name is taken from the town in Puglia where the company was founded. 

Enjoy neat as an after dinner digestive, on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail. Delicious on top of ice cream, in coffee and as an ingredient in desserts and pastry too.

Our Producer

Borsci

Originally from the Caucasus, the Borsci family moved to Albania as a result of political upheavals. A branch of the family then moved from Albania to San Marzano di San Giuseppe, in Puglia. In 1840, the founder of the family Giuseppe refined the recipe of a liqueur inherited from his ancestors, giving birth to an Elisir which has remained unchanged to date. The company is now run by members of the fourth generation of the family.
