What's inside: Pear & fig jam (pair with Brie, Parmesan and Pecorino), Chestnut honey (pair with goat's cheese), Calabrian chilli pepper jam (try with Pecorino, Brie or Ricotta) and red sweet Tropea onion jam (good with mature cheese such as Pecorino and Parmesan).

Pear & fig jam: Pears 52%, sugar, 32%, Figs 15%, lemon juice 1%.
Tropea onion jam: Red Tropea onions PGI 65.4% (sulphites), sugar 33%, raisins, wine vinegar (sulphites)
Chilli pepper jam: Hot chillies 66.5%, sugar 33%, lemon juice.
Chestnut honey: Chestnut honey
