A speciality of Siena, this fig and walnut cake 'Torta Fichi e Noci' is a type of Panforte. Balancing a blend of sweet spices and honey with chewy dried figs and walnuts it is delicious by itself and incredible served alongside a medium to mature hard cheese such as Pecorino.
Nicely wrapped, it also makes a great Christmas gift!

Dried figs 29%, sugar, walnuts 22%, wheat flour, honey, spices, icing sugar (sugar, cornstarch, vegetable fats,, salt, cocoa), wafer (potato starch, water, olive oil). May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, pistachio nuts, egg, milk and soy.
