Grown on the Sele plain, south of Naples, these gorgeous yellow peeled tomatoes have an elongated shape similar to that of the san marzano tomato. They have a rich, fleshy pulp and few seeds inside. Really sweet and rich in vitamins, they are perfect for preparing colourful pasta sauces which pair particularly well with fish. Also great for topping a pizza!
