Ingredients
Artichoke hearts 53%, extra virgin olive oil, fresh ricotta cheese 5% (sheep-goat whey (variable from 5% to 10%) - cow whey - cow MILK - salt - lactic acid acidifier), nutmeg. Acidity regulator: citric acid, lactic acid.
Storage: After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 20 days.
