About the Chef
Tommasso Arigoni, One Michelin Star given at Innocenti Evasioni Restaurant, Milan.
In 1998, Tommasso took over Innocenti Evasioni restaurant in Milan, where he began a journey in search of taste, the environment and high quality service which cumulated in the award of a Michelin Star.
In 2007 he became a member of the prestigious Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe Association where he went on to hold the position of Vice President and since 2013 he has published his recipes in the magazine “La Cucina Italiana” (Condé Nast Group) and is the resident Chef of the TV program “Detto Fatto” on RAIDUE TV Channel and a regular guest on the “La prova del Cuoco” broadcast on RAIUNO.
